We had this one client with multiple layers of bureaucracy and even though we worked with a dedicated team lead, by the time corporate had a look there would be multiple changes. It got to the point where some of the changes we made had to be changed back to previous versions. By the end of the project (from 3 months to 1 year!) the number of changed order pages was greater than the original contact.</description>
